John and his crew did a landscaping project for us recently. They filled some deep holes , aerated the area and leveled it all out. They finished by seeding the whole area. Great job. I would recommend them for sure.

I couldn't be more excited and pleased with my beautiful new patio! It was far from an easy project due to the need to abut my field stone wall; each cut of the pavers against the wall needed to be individually cut. J took such time and care working around each stone with precise accuracy. No easy task! He is a hard worker, talented in his trade and just an overall great guy to work with. I have hired John Roeger of Roeger Home Solutions over the past few years to do a variety of projects including: landscaping (planting, mowing, lawn care, yard clean-ups, pruning), fixed downspouts, lined my long walkway with pavers, and recently replaced a retaining wall and added a railing, and replaced my patio pavers. John is very hard-working and honest. He doesn’t do a job unless he can do it right and he stays with the job until it is complete. I trust him to do a good job at a reasonable price.

As talented a contractor Jay is, he is equally as good a guy. Jay did multiple renovations for me and I trust him implicitly. Jay is honest and has great integrity. He is also well versed in all facets of construction from tile work, to flooring, gutters, kitchens, windows, even deck construction. It is hard to find a good, reliable, and trustworthy contractor - but that is what you will get with Jay.

We had trouble finding a contractor to fix our collapsing retaining wall. Some didn’t have the time and others just didn’t show up even with a set appointment. John was the exception. He showed up as promised, always kept good communication and had a fair price - what more could you ask for? Our retaining wall was never installed as the manufacturer had instructed (before we owned the house). We knew what needed to be done and John did it right. He was meticulous about every step of the process. Every evening he would put away all of his equipment and he cleaned the area. I have never had anyone work so hard on our property. My only regret was taking so long to write this review. John went above and beyond and we couldn’t be happier. I have additional work to be done on the inside and outside of our house and plan on using Roeger Property Solutions for all projects. Notes for the attached pictures. --First pic shows the bowing of the wall. --Second shows the work in progress which reflects the proper support for the porch during the wall fix. He also power washed all of the brick and cleared all the old invasive vines and ivy all the way back through the dirt and under the porch - a very tedious task. --Third pic shows the finished wall. We did not have the money to do the shorter wall to the right of the steps but John did recap them to make it a cohesive look.

Roeger Property repaired a rock wall for me that was damaged by a fallen tree. They promptly responded to my query for an assessment and estimate and then completed the work on time and budget. The repair work was very high quality, and they went above and beyond to patch up other areas of the wall not part of the damage. I was very pleased with their level of service and won't hesitate to reach out to them for future jobs.

I had 3 estimates for a job I needed done. I chose John because he had the best price and was a smaller company than the other two. I'm glad I did. He was a very honest hard working guy and because we have an ill family member he was very flexible with our schedule and getting the job done was his priority!! It was no easy job either being that we have a downtown condo and parking is horrendous...but he never complained and was Profesional and courteous.. we already have another job lined up for him doing our bathroom. I highly recommend him you won't be disappointed!!
